Lil’ King Khongs: ages 3-5

Our Lil’ King Khongs (LKK) classes are a great way to introduce your child to a fun, energetic activity that helps them learn important life skills, such as respect, perseverance and focus. Our uniquely designed curriculum guides students through a series of striped belts on a regular schedule, to help them set new goals and achieve them. Specially designed for 3 to 5 year-old children, each class includes exercises to develop balance, coordination, and gross motor skills. LKKs run, jump, kick, and have a great time while improving their concentration and confidence.

 

Your child will also learn new social skills as they practice in groups, cooperate with partners, and learn to focus on a teacher and follow verbal instructions – all skills your child can use for greater success at school and in team sports.

Taekwondo

 

Instilling self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment!

 

Our Taekwondo (TKD) classes provide an excellent workout as each class incorporates a cardio, mix of body weight and core-focused strength training, and stretching. The curriculum developed is a balance of traditional TKD forms, practical self-defense, and Olympic Style sparring skills. Our philosophy is that TKD is about self-improvement as well as self-defense. We will empower you by helping you master self-defense, including blocking, kicking, and striking techniques, as well as releases from a variety of grabs and holds.

 

Our instructors have helped thousands of men and women achieve their personal fitness and martial arts goals in an atmosphere that is welcoming, motivating, and encouraging. Through time and training, Taekwondo can help improve your daily life as you may become more physically fit, more focused, and more goal-oriented in your personal and professional life.

 

Our Kids TKD classes are designed to help your child perform at his or her own pace. By learning perseverance and taking pride in their accomplishments, our students develop greater self-confidence and a positive outlook that extends into every aspect of their lives. In each class, students participate in a series of drills and skill workshops that focus on their strength, flexibility, and endurance while helping to increase coordination, reflexes, and athletic skills.
